SERIOUSPASS
Your privacy.
Who operates SeriousPass
SeriousPass is operated by SeriousPixel, LLC, the business responsible for your personal information. For privacy questions and requests, email [email protected].
Information used to run your account
SeriousPass is the in-house account service for SeriousPixel apps and SeriousPlay games. It stores your sign-in details, profile and timezone, product connections, access and purchase records, app backups, game saves, and game activity. Payment providers process checkout and billing details. SeriousPass stores purchase references, not card numbers.
We use this information to provide account access, sync and restore data, fulfil purchases, secure the platform, and respond to your requests. Service providers include DigitalOcean for hosting/storage, Resend for email when configured, and Lemon Squeezy for direct purchases. Connected products receive only information permitted by their integration and your sign-in authorization.
Your choices and rights
You can access and download your data, correct your profile, and request account deletion from Data & privacy. You can disconnect products from your dashboard and revoke sessions from Security. For email corrections, access difficulties, authorized-agent requests, objections, processing restrictions, or other privacy questions, contact SeriousPixel, LLC at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also complain to your applicable privacy regulator. We do not penalize you for exercising privacy rights.
This platform does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising trackers. Its cookies maintain sign-in and protect forms. Deleting an account ends the service for that account and its paid access.
Deletion and retention
Deletion immediately disables sign-in and revokes licenses and access. Subscription cancellation and cloud erasure are durable jobs that retry failures. We retain only the records needed to complete cancellation, prevent a deleted purchase from being reactivated, or meet applicable legal obligations. Payment providers may retain their own legally required records. Infrastructure backup copies expire according to the operator’s retention schedule; restored copies must have deletion requests reapplied.
